Alex Rodriguez apparently has another love interest … himself.
The New York Post reported that Details magazine has run a piece on Rodriguez in which photos of the injured New York Yankee third baseman is shown staring longingly at himself in the mirror – and even appearing to give himself kisses.
This certainly isn’t the biggest news out there regarding Rodriguez or the Yankees, who are trying to figure out how to replace him for the next several weeks as well as pondering the lack of velocity Joba Chamberlain has exhibited thus far this spring.
But it is another bizarre chapter in the life of one of baseball’s most confusing superstars.
The hip surgery might be one of the best things that could have happened to him in the short-term. It gives him an opportunity to sort of back out of the limelight for awhile … if he wants to.
Those pictures are creepy. They are either really gay or really narcissistic. Maybe both. I guess he does have a thing for muscular women…….
